1 dead, 2 injured after driver crashes into parked semi truck on Bishop Ford Freeway

CHICAGO — One person was killed and two others were injured in a rollover crash Thursday night on the Bishop Ford Freeway.

The crash happened near 115th Street around 6:30 p.m.

Illinois State Police said the driver crashed into the side of a parked semi truck.

The vehicle then overturned and the driver was ejected from the vehicle, state police said.

Another car was damaged during the accident.

Two people in the vehicle that was hit were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, state police said.
