CHICAGO — A 15-year-old boy was shot in a car on the city’s north side.
The shooting happened around 7:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 5300 block of North Broadway in Edgewater. Police said the teenager was in a car when an SUV pulled up next to him and someone inside started shooting.
The 15-year-old was shot in the arm and taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital in good condition.
No one is in custody. Third Precinct detectives are investigating.
