1800 Jalisco 75

Provided 1800 Tequila
1 ½ ounce 1800 Crystalline
¾ Ounces of simple syrup
¼ ounces of lime juice
¼ Ounces of lemon juice
1 ounce sparkling wine

How to cook: Mix 1800 Cristalino, plain syrup, lime juice, lemon juice, other than wine, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a champagne flute and pour in the sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist.

JAJA Pineapple and ginger

Provided by Jaja Tequila
2 oz JAJA Reposado
1.5 ounces Pineapple juice
Top with ginger ale

How to make: Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain the combination into a highball glass with fresh ice cubes and garnish with a slice of pineapple.

D’USE Frose

1 ounce of brandy D’USSÉ VSOP
3 ounces of pink rose (or other French pink rose)
½ Ounces of Simple Syrup
2 fresh strawberries
2 cubes of fresh watermelon
1 cup of ice

Preparation: add all ingredients to a blender, mix until foamy. If necessary, add water for a smoother texture. Pour into a wine glass without a stem. Garnish with strawberries and lemon

Bombay summer punch

Provided by Bombay Gin

¾ Part of Bombay Sapphire Gin
¼ parts of liqueur from elderberry Saint-Germain
½ Parts of the original dry vermouth Noilly Prat
4 parts ginger ale
Lime, mint and ginger for decoration
Instructions: mix Bombay sapphire, Saint-Germain, vermouth and ginger ale. Stir to combine. Serve with ice cubes in a hot air balloon or glass.

How to cook: Mix tequila, lemon juice and peach nectar in a shaker filled with ice, and shake, shake, shake. Strain through fresh ice into a Collins glass and pour over the ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of peach.
