It is reported that Zach Lavigne will undergo surgery after battling pain and swelling in his left knee during the 2021-22 season.

LaVine will do arthroscopic surgery to repair an injury that occurred in January and is expected to fully recover this summer, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Earlier in 2017, LaVin tore a PKS in his left knee, which caused additional concern about any discomfort. He is missed the last two games before the all-star break receive treatment that included injections of cortisone and platelet-rich plasma.

Although LaVin has recovered from an injury after a break at the All-Star Game, the discomfort has severely limited his movement and forced the Chicago Bulls star to finish the matches over the last third of the season.
