The Deathloop 3 update adds photo mode, accessibility features and more


Deathloop yesterday received the third update of the game both on PC and PlayStation 5. Its highlights: in addition to implementing AMD FSR 2.0 on PCnew photo mode and improved accessibility features.

Photo mode will only be available in single player mode and can be accessed via the Pause menu or directly via a special shortcut (P is the default on the PC; it must be enabled on the PS5 via Settings> Controls> Controller tab > Photo mode Quick access> Yes to use the “Share” button DualSense). Here is a list of all available options in Deathloop photo mode.

Arkane has also introduced several new features for Deathloop, such as:

  • New gameplay settings that allow players to further customize combat in single-player mode (most are not available online or Friends). This includes increasing or decreasing the difficulty of the battle, adjusting the number of repetitions and slowing down the speed of the game.
  • New HUD and subtitle settings such as adjusting the size, opacity and color of various text and graphic elements
  • Easier menu navigation that allows you to use the direction buttons on the controller to navigate up and down the menu lists. The cursor speed can now also be adjusted in the settings to help with navigating the settings using the controller.

Deathloop is expected to appear on Xbox platforms later this year, after the exclusive deal on the PlayStation console is over.
