The man was arrested in connection with the unsolved murders of two teenage girls in 2017 in Delphi, Indiana.
Richard Matthew Allen, a licensed pharmacy technician who worked at a local CVS store, was arrested Friday on two counts of murder in the murders of Liberty Herman, 14, and Abigail Williams, 13.
On February 13, 2017, a relative dropped off Libby and Abby on a hiking trail near Delphi. Their bodies were found the next day in a mountainous, heavily wooded area near the trail.
