CHICAGO — Chicago Mayor Laura Lightfoot’s signature initiative is celebrating its third anniversary with a double groundbreaking event.

Tuesday’s ceremony is being held in the Austin neighborhood for a mixed-use development and streetscape improvement as part of INVEST South/West.
