‘SNL’ Horror Movie About 2024 Democratic Presidential Nomination – Deadline

Saturday Night Live reimagined the search for the 2024 Democratic presidential nominee as a trailer for a horror movie “from the makers of Smile and twisted minds Morning Joe.”

In it, a group of friends who are in the same house at night, terrified by the prospect of the president Joe Biden run for re-election at the age of 81.

“Sometimes a familiar face can be the scariest,” says a voiceover.

Friends list some of Biden’s accomplishments until someone brings up his bike accident.

“I mean, I love the guy, but he’s done his part,” says one of them, played by Bowen Yang.

The panel then sifts through the alternative candidates using classic horror movie tropes, from Kamala Harris to Cory Booker, Pete Buttigieg, Beth O’Rourke, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.
