$1 million Powerball ticket sold in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS (WXIN) — No one won the $1 billion jackpot in Monday night’s Powerball drawing, but someone did buy a $1 million ticket in the Hoosier state.

The Powerball website shows that tickets purchased in seven states, including Indiana, matched all five numbers in the most recent drawing. All they needed was Powerball to win it all.

The winning numbers in the evening drawing on Monday were 13-19-36-39-59, with Powerball 13.

The Hoosier Lottery has not yet disclosed where the winning ticket was sold.

The jackpot has now grown to $1.2 billion, the fourth largest in US history. The cash value is $596.7 million.

The next Powerball drawing will take place on Wednesday, November 2nd.
