ULIN, Ill. (WAND) – An Elizabethtown woman is accused of seriously injuring a 6-month-old baby and abusing a second child.
The Illinois State Police Criminal Investigation Division has announced the arrest of 29-year-old Keisha D. Cullum for aggravated battery of a child.
Shortly before midnight on Oct. 19, the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office requested ISP DCI Zone 7 agents to investigate the serious injuries of a 6-month-old baby. ISP Zone 7 agents conducted a thorough investigation and the Department of Children and Family Services revealed that a second child in the home had similar injuries that indicated abuse.
