DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) – A woman suffered life-threatening injuries after she was shot, police said.
Decatur police said at 5:52 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to the 1200 block of E. Sedgwick Street in reference to a man who had been shot.
Arriving at the scene, the police found a shot dead 31-year-old woman. She was taken to the district hospital with life-threatening injuries.
